What the plan covers

For the selected two-year term, the plan is intended to cover eligible hardware faults in the PC components supplied as part of the TitanBuildPC system. For an approved claim, cover is intended to include replacement parts and repair labour, subject to the final written warranty terms.

The plan applies to the PC configuration recorded on your order.

02

Keep the PC in its supplied configuration

  • Use the PC at its normal manufacturer settings. CPU or graphics-card overclocking is not permitted under this plan.
  • Contact TitanBuildPC before opening the system to change internal components, perform an upgrade or arrange a repair.
  • Upgrades and internal changes must be carried out by TitanBuildPC unless written approval is given.
  • Keep the system dry, properly ventilated and connected to a suitable power supply.
03

Faults outside the plan

The plan is intended for eligible hardware faults. It does not provide accidental-damage cover. Damage caused by liquid, impact, misuse, unsuitable power, overheating, unauthorized repair or a change to the system may be excluded.

04

How a claim works

  1. Start the claim form with your order number, contact email, PC model and a description of the fault.
  2. Additional details or reasonable troubleshooting steps may be requested.
  3. Wait for claim instructions before sending the PC or arranging a repair.
  4. If the fault is eligible, the remedy will be handled under the written warranty terms.
