PLAN PRICE15% of the PC build price
Proposed all-inclusive planIntended to cover eligible PC hardware parts and repair labour throughout the three-year term, subject to the final written warranty terms.
01

What the plan covers

For the selected three-year term, the plan is intended to cover eligible hardware faults in the PC components supplied as part of the TitanBuildPC system. All-inclusive means both replacement parts and repair labour are intended to be covered for an approved claim.

02

Keep the PC in its supplied configuration

  • Use the PC at its normal manufacturer settings. CPU or graphics-card overclocking is not permitted under this plan.
  • Contact TitanBuildPC before opening the system to change internal components, perform an upgrade or arrange a repair.
  • Upgrades and internal changes must be carried out by TitanBuildPC unless written approval is given.
  • Keep the system dry, properly ventilated and connected to a suitable power supply.
03

Faults outside the plan

The plan is intended for eligible hardware faults. It does not provide accidental-damage cover. Damage caused by liquid, impact, misuse, unsuitable power, overheating, unauthorized repair or a change to the system may be excluded.

04

How a claim works

  1. Start the claim form with your order number, contact email, PC model and a description of the fault.
  2. Additional details or reasonable troubleshooting steps may be requested.
  3. Wait for claim instructions before sending the PC or arranging a repair.
  4. If the fault is eligible, the remedy will be handled under the written warranty terms.
