01What the plan covers
For the selected three-year term, the plan is intended to cover eligible hardware faults in the PC components supplied as part of the TitanBuildPC system. All-inclusive means both replacement parts and repair labour are intended to be covered for an approved claim.
02Keep the PC in its supplied configuration
- Use the PC at its normal manufacturer settings. CPU or graphics-card overclocking is not permitted under this plan.
- Contact TitanBuildPC before opening the system to change internal components, perform an upgrade or arrange a repair.
- Upgrades and internal changes must be carried out by TitanBuildPC unless written approval is given.
- Keep the system dry, properly ventilated and connected to a suitable power supply.
03Faults outside the plan
The plan is intended for eligible hardware faults. It does not provide accidental-damage cover. Damage caused by liquid, impact, misuse, unsuitable power, overheating, unauthorized repair or a change to the system may be excluded.
04How a claim works
- Start the claim form with your order number, contact email, PC model and a description of the fault.
- Additional details or reasonable troubleshooting steps may be requested.
- Wait for claim instructions before sending the PC or arranging a repair.
- If the fault is eligible, the remedy will be handled under the written warranty terms.
